Johnny Lam Trainer

Johnny is an investment banking veteran with over 15 years of experience. He has worked with certain worldwide and regional financial institutions including BNP Paribas, HSBC and RHB, where he represented and advised multinationals on cross-border M&A transactions and originated IPO or other financing opportunities for Chinese corporates in capital markets. He has also been the Head of China M&A for Walmart, responsible for Walmart’s corporate development, acquisition and business integration initiatives in China.

His exposure as a training facilitator started in Canada where he conducted lectures and group tutorials for Economics and Statistics programs for undergraduate students. As a professional trainer now, he is highly renowned for his practical approach with the inclusion of real-life cases and examples. He enjoys facilitating training sessions with lots of interaction to arouse the attention of participants and maximize the overall delivery outcome.

Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA with a Finance specialization at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a CFA Charterholder.
