Gerwin Rudloff Head of Client Services

Gerwin joined AMT Training in May 2012 as Materials Assistant and quickly became an effective member of the team. He created course materials from scratch, liaised with suppliers, and helped to ensure that high quality standards were maintained. Utilising his dedication to quality work and excellent relationship building personality, Gerwin became a Client Service Manager in March 2013, and was promoted to his current position in 2021. He now looks after some of AMT’s largest EMEA clients with a global presence, making sure their in-house programs run smoothly. Previous to joining AMT, Gerwin worked in a number of customer service roles and was a games maker at the London Para Olympics in 2012.
